• Engage with EU institutions, national governments, and standards bodies to advocate for open-source principles.
• Track certification timelines, procurement frameworks, and political developments across European markets.
• Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and customers in regulated industries.

Requirements

• Deep experience at intersection of technology policy, government relations, and European regulation.
• Direct involvement in shaping EU policy frameworks, certification schemes, or procurement standards.
• Existing relationships with senior government officials, EU stakeholders, or defence/security procurement leaders.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and open-source technology.
• Ability to create simple narratives on open-source and European-controlled infrastructure.
• Passion for building European leadership in cloud market, thriving in ambiguity.
