What you will do

• Co-develop and execute advocacy strategies and campaigns aligned with AIR Therapeutic Area objectives.
• Draft position papers, briefing documents, and advocacy materials for external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on legislative, regulatory, and market developments at local, national, and international levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and thought leaders.
• Analyze media coverage and public discourse to inform advocacy and communication approaches.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between public affairs initiatives and commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in political science, Public Policy, International Relations, Law, Communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in public affairs, government relations, or policy roles, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and policy environments at EU and global levels.
• High English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures, teams, and geographies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience directly linked to respiratory health or related policy environments.
