What you will do

• Establish core analytics practices, tools, and standards to scale with the company.
• Act as the dedicated data partner for Acquisition and Activation squads, owning measurement and funnel analysis.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments, delivering actionable summaries for Product, Growth, and Finance.
• Develop key growth metrics and dashboards connecting performance to ARR and ROI.
• Ensure tracking accuracy and pipeline stability using Heap, BigQuery, and Omni.
• Conduct deep-dive behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities and quantify revenue impact.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product or growth analytics at a SaaS or PLG company.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Mode.
• Strong experience in A/B testing design and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with event-based tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a company-wide experimentation program.
• Knowledge of CAC payback, ROI attribution, or funnel contribution modeling.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Fivetran, or Airflow.
