What you will do

• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage data from various sources, understand relationships, profile quality, and derive insights via presentations and visualizations.
• Develop expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Prioritize client requests, interpret data needs, and deliver timely assessments and analysis.
• Measure, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators using Business Intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners for data sourcing and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in reporting and/or analytics.
• 3+ years working with large data sets.
• 2+ years collaborating with business partners and communicating findings.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Excel including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
• 1+ year creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• 1+ year with data visualization tools including Tableau.

Nice to have

• 4+ years reporting/analytics in financial services.
• 2+ years with data governance and controls.
• 1+ year analyzing life insurance and annuity products.
• 1+ year with SQL.
