What you will do
- Define and own end-to-end product marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
- Lead cross-functional teams across user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product to execute growth initiatives
- Optimize full customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and monetization with focus on lifetime value
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and develop growth hypotheses
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments like A/B testing and CRO to improve funnel performance
- Track, measure, and report on key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and engagement
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in senior product marketing, growth, or marketing leadership in B2C digital products
- Proven impact on business metrics like revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Strong leadership and collaboration in cross-functional environments; analytical, data-driven mindset
