What you will do

  • Define and own end-to-end product marketing strategy, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
  • Lead cross-functional teams across user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product to execute growth initiatives
  • Optimize full customer journey from acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, to monetization with focus on lifetime value
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and develop growth hypotheses
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments like A/B testing and CRO to improve funnel performance
  • Track, measure, and report key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and engagement

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in senior product marketing, growth, or marketing leadership roles within B2C digital products
  • Proven ability to drive impact on revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization
  • Experience with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and CRO
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments with analytical, data-driven mindset
