What you will do
- Define and execute multi-team product and AI strategies, guiding long-term vision for autonomous customer service.
- Stay ahead of AI technologies like LLMs, voice AI, and agentic architectures; advise on build/partner strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution with engineering, AI/ML, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Conduct customer and market research, engaging directly with clients to inform product decisions.
- Establish and monitor company-wide metrics such as accuracy, containment, task success, latency, CSAT, and cost efficiency.
- Communicate vision and strategy to teams, executives, customers, and board; mentor product management talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML, voice AI, conversational AI, or complex enterprise platforms.
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, understanding of LLMs, model capabilities, architecture, and agent development.
- Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
- Success building and shipping AI-powered products with enterprise value.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling for executives and clients; strong quantitative skills for metrics and dashboards.
- Experience engaging customers to translate insights into strategy; thrive in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, real-time conversational systems, contact center tech, B2B SaaS, coding, or MBA.
