What you will do

• Review site inspection data including photos, videos, and inspector notes to interpret findings.
• Prepare and refine technical reports such as roof reports, site inspections, and leak summaries using templates.
• Assist in determining cause of damage and developing detailed scopes of works.
• Perform quality assurance, editing reports for clarity, structure, and company standards.
• Label and structure photo evidence for client-ready reports.
• Finalize and upload reports to client systems within 24-hour turnaround.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building, construction, carpentry, roofing, estimating, or site supervision.
• Ability to interpret site photos and findings into technical scopes or reports.
• Strong understanding of various roofing systems.
• Excellent written English with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
