Inspection Coordinator

TL;DR

Inspection Coordinator (Geo-data): Manage offshore and ROC project preparation, inspection operations, and reporting for IRM business line projects with an accent on ROV pipeline and structural inspections, data acquisition hardware/software, and client communication. Focus on planning fieldwork, creating ROV dive plans, ensuring safe execution, and improving project performance through new methods and cost reductions.

Location: Aberdeen, United Kingdom (combined onshore ROC based and offshore position; potential to work 2 days a week from home)

What you will do

• Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable execution of ROV pipeline and structural inspection projects.
• Manage inspection data acquisition hardware and software like COABIS and NEXUS, including calibration procedures.
• Plan fieldwork, liaise with offshore Superintendent and clients on inspection activities and contingencies.
• Create ROV dive plans and distribute to relevant personnel.
• Manage and deliver project reporting per company/client specifications and document control.
• Maintain client communication, document scope changes, and seek performance improvements.

Requirements

• 3.4U qualified
• Qualification in relevant subject (degree/diploma) or suitable industry experience
• COABIS and NEXUS experience
• Extensive experience in Coordinator or Senior Inspection Engineer role
• Ability to understand technical/engineering drawings
