What you will do

• Operate and monitor boiler, evaporation, and juice processing equipment per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain clean working environment following sanitation and good manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and work with Quality Assurance to meet product quality parameters.
• Complete required process flow documentation accurately.
• Participate in company training sessions.

Requirements

• 2nd Class Fireman’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and lift 50+ lbs
• Oral and written communication skills
• Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing all day; specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception
• Frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise
