What you will do

  • Define and execute long-term maintenance and leasing strategies for propulsion systems and aircraft assets.
  • Research global engine and APU markets to identify leverage points for service and purchase agreements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership and maintain direct communication on market shifts and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Planning, Network Planning, Maintenance, Legal, and Finance to optimize maintenance timing and costs.
  • Lead negotiations for service and purchase agreements and manage relationships with global suppliers.
  • Analyze supplier portfolios for cost savings and design solutions for asset acquisition and lifecycle optimization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of aircraft maintenance contract management experience, including at least 5 years in engine and propulsion system contracting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expert knowledge of aircraft engine, nacelle, and APU service agreements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, statistical formulas, pivot tables) and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to influence executives, exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and bias toward action.
