What you will do

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation through close-out, including planning, permit acquisition, construction, and stakeholder management.
• Lead multiple projects, managing costs, methods, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Perform project controls: budget forecasting, schedule maintenance, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with teams and managers to ensure completion.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and establish project objectives and milestones.

Requirements

• Five or more years of project management experience
• Utility experience, preferably underground utilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical discipline, or equivalent
• Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Project, Teams, SAP, Primavera P6
