What you will do

• Manage day-to-day collection and transportation operations, establishing high-performance productivity and cost-management processes.
• Oversee district P&L with regular budget reviews, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency programs.
• Execute safety protocols aligned with OSHA and corporate standards, leading incident investigations and coaching.
• Handle talent management including hiring, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Serve as liaison for municipal and county agencies, negotiating contracts and improving service efficiency.
• Formulate short- and long-term action plans with regional directors for market growth and stability.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of direct P&L and supervisory responsibility in transportation leadership or route-based logistics.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, union/CBA environments, contract compliance, and business development.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
