What you will do

• Assemble components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies including cables, harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, panels, LRUs, batteries, and servo motors.
• Make setups and adjustments to hold tolerances to specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or subassemblies as needed.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures.
• Assist in training lower-level assemblers and perform housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• US Citizen only, no C2C or C2H
• Local to Poway, CA or able to drive within an hour
• Able to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent and three or more years of experience.
• Proficient in hand tools, torque wrenches, reading engineering drawings and wire lists, soldering, and compression tools.
• Good visual perception, color distinction, and ability to work independently or in a team, including extended hours.
