What you will do

• Execute preventive maintenance on CNC machines, injection molding machines, and custom test stands to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform intermediate-level facility repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain and document spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
• Participate in LEAN activities such as Kaizens, RCCM, 5-whys, and A3s to improve trends.
• Provide training and development support for Junior Technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of technical training or job-related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Full competency in performing PMs and troubleshooting manufacturing failures.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Full ability to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work onsite in Delavan, WI.

• Experience with Injection Molding machines.
