What you will do

• Own the DTC purchase flow, managing features for seamless experiences for new and existing members.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria from product vision for engineering and design teams.
• Drive execution by prioritizing backlogs and delivering capabilities through iterative releases.
• Collaborate with business, design, and engineering stakeholders to align on project success.
• Synthesize user research and analytics to advocate for user needs and inform decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ years in product management or relevant field with hands-on delivery of end-user capabilities.
• 1+ year experience with membership/subscription models and DTC flows.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse groups in written and verbal formats.
• High organization in dynamic environments with effective task prioritization.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of subscription lifecycle: funnel optimization, renewals, churn mitigation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and shipping features iteratively.
• Platform mindset for reusable capabilities across teams or brands.
