What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for the company-wide design system
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines
• Establish governance models and ensure consistency across product experiences
• Create clear documentation and drive adoption through training and advocacy
• Bridge design and engineering teams to align on implementation standards
• Contribute to hands-on product design including user research, prototyping, and feature design
• Explore and integrate AI tools into design workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with strong exposure to design systems
• Proven experience building or scaling design systems from early stages
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and user-centered design
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering on component-based architecture
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
• Ability to define vision, drive alignment, and lead change
