What you will do

• Develop detailed project schedules reflecting real field conditions from pre-construction to closeout.
• Master Touchplan and Primavera for live, accurate project data management.
• Plan major milestones, long-lead procurement, and critical deliverables for $50M+ projects.
• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents to define scope and update schedules based on progress.
• Analyze and mitigate potential bottlenecks to inform high-level decisions.

Requirements

• Background as Superintendent or Project Manager with deep field experience in construction (non-negotiable).
• 5+ years in project scheduling for large-scale ($50M+) projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera, Touchplan, Microsoft Project, Excel.
• College degree preferred; field experience prioritized.
