What you will do

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop devices, applications, and peripherals in office, reservation, and airport environments.
• Install and maintain specialized airline equipment including kiosks, Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), and Ramp Information Display Systems (RIDS).
• Implement and repair network devices, telephone systems, and server platforms for 24/7 connectivity.
• Execute IMAC services: installations, moves, adds, and changes for IT infrastructure like workstations, routers, and peripherals.
• Manage heavy travel schedule across Mountain Region and participate in on-call rotation including weekends and off-hours.

Requirements

• 3+ years of equivalent IT experience or 2–4 years of formal IT training.
• Proficiency in Windows workstations, MS Office Suite, and basic Network/Server architecture.
• Strong hardware and software diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Mountain Region and perform physical tasks for relocating IT equipment.
• Flexibility for non-standard hours, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Previous experience in airline or aviation environment.
