What you will do

• Provide advanced support for multi-vendor ATM hardware, focusing on NCR and Hyosung.
• Develop and refine ATM service processes, standards, and support models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Field Services, Training, Supply Chain, and vendor partners.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and process optimization.
• Support improvement of the multi-vendor ATM service portfolio.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with NCR and/or Hyosung ATM hardware.
• Experience with ATM modules such as GBRU, SR, HCDU, BRM, and CCiM.
• Proven background in ATM hardware support, field services, engineering, training, or technical product development.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electronic components; ability to analyze root causes and document solutions.
• Excellent communication skills; experience in cross-functional technical environments.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
