Location: Hybrid in Longmont, CO (75-100% in-office)

Salary: $110,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead CRA compliance strategies, including vulnerability reporting, technical documentation, and conformity assessments.
• Manage project timelines, resources, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration with product development, IT, legal, and external partners.
• Oversee SBOM creation and management, audits, remediation, and training programs.
• Monitor regulatory changes, update policies, and prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.
• Drive teams on deliverables, risk management, problem-solving, and stage-gate reviews.
• Mentor team on CRA requirements and facilitate process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in regulatory compliance or cybersecurity
• PMP certification and Scrum Certification
• Experience managing high-technology hardware/software projects using stage-gate process
• Demonstrated experience with EU regulations, preferably Cyber Resilience Act
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, M.S. or PhD in Engineering or Technical degree.
• Experience with CE marking, SBOM management, supply chain cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, EUCC, IEC 62443 standards.
