What you will do

• Lead or participate in Agile Scrum teams, completing firmware work on communications, GUI, and counting code.
• Capture requirements from stakeholders, develop design documentation, and refine backlog stories.
• Architect reusable solutions using object-oriented design in C++ or Rust.
• Improve firmware processes, tools, and development efficiency.
• Mentor team members through trainings, feedback, and design discussions.
• Interface across engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service to drive quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience
• 5+ years as technical lead or similar
• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile
• Strong C++ or Rust skills with object-oriented design
• Embedded Linux development at application level
• Software version control, bug tracking, schematic reading
• Experience in cybersecurity and mentoring engineers
• Excellent communication skills

• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner

• Expertise in Git, Jira, DevSuite, Jama
• QT, Linux Kernel/driver development
• ARM-based SoC firmware
