What you will do

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network, voice, and infrastructure systems.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and oversee daily operations, hardware updates, and security compliance.
• Lead infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, deliver performance reports and presentations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support after-hours interventions.
• Oversee budgets, drive continuous improvements, and evaluate new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking, systems administration, security, and data center operations.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, or AWS highly desirable.
