TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Mobile Experience & CRM): Delivering world-class mobile user experiences with CRM integration with an accent on strategic roadmap management and UX/UI leadership. Location: Torrance, CA 90501 (onsite)

Salary: $135,200 - $151,800

What you will do

  • Manage product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements aligned with business goals.
  • Lead UX/UI for mobile apps by creating high-fidelity wireframes and designs in Figma and Lucidchart.
  • Oversee CRM integration to ensure seamless data flow and personalized user journeys.
  • Act as liaison between Design, Development, and Business stakeholders for high-quality feature delivery.
  • Monitor performance and user feedback to optimize app experience via A/B testing and analytics.
  • Author comprehensive PRDs and maintain clear communication on strategy and progress.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Management with deep focus on mobile app development (full release cycles) and UX/UI
  • Proven familiarity with CRM integration and implementation strategies
  • Proficiency in Figma and Lucidchart for workflow mapping and interface design
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycles and agile methodologies
  • User-focused mindset to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, UXCam, Amazon QuickSight, Optimizely, Statsig
  • Interest in Automotive or DIY/Maker space
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
