• Manage workload adjustments, on-call support, and high availability of applications.

• Lead technical discussions and communicate challenges and solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in Richmond, VA 23219
• Medium-to-expert proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Medium-to-expert proficiency in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Expertise in automation, systems integration, and file transfer tools.
• Experience with ITIL framework and formal incident/change management processes.
• Focus on administration, architecture, stability, and support (not development).
