What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to build novel CS products and features.
• Lead full development cycle: technical design, coding, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Align technical specs, review code/design docs, and provide feedback on product specs.
• Drive project delivery as POC, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure quality.
• Mentor engineers, perform tech/code reviews, and contribute to team roadmap and processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years industry experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or equivalent
• Proficient in Java/Kotlin or similar
• Experience building large scalable systems (high-traffic, big data processing)
• AI/ML/LLM project experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Mentorship experience
