What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle of technical development projects using Agile, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
• Prioritize tasks, develop team consensus, and facilitate decision-making with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify workflow and process improvements; resolve system or process failures rapidly.
• Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions across functions and leadership for project transparency.
• Create project roadmaps, process flows, and status reports using Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience with strong Business Analyst background.
• Expert in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proven experience managing technical teams in Agile environments.
• Exceptional listening, presentation, facilitation skills, and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Marketing industries.
