Salary: $77,000 – $118,600

What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, schedules, and impact assessments.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to protect delivery.
• Engage stakeholders across business, technical, and vendor teams to align on outcomes.
• Facilitate steering committees, meetings, and prepare summaries for senior leadership.
• Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and support PMO improvements.
• Capture project benefits and lessons learned for organizational visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (1 year experience per year of college).
• 4–6 years dedicated project management experience with medium-to-high complexity projects.
• Expert in Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies; scope, schedule, cost management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to challenge stakeholders.
• Availability for 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
