What you will do

• Define and prioritize product features, contribute to technical architecture and problem-solving for high-quality delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project planning, create user stories, manage backlog, and address risks.
• Build stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and communicate updates.
• Track KPIs with analytics platforms and optimize functionality based on data insights.
• Mentor agile teams and foster collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA or technical degree preferred).
• 2–4 years in Product Management, technical programs, or software development.
• Experience managing web/mobile projects with back-end integration; Hospitality, Group Travel, or eCommerce preferred.
• Proficiency in CMS, Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, FullStory, Quantum Metric), Agile tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne).
• CSPO or PMP certification is a plus.
