What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize EDI connections with customers, suppliers, carriers, and service providers.
• Lead EDI implementations and enhancements from request through completion using structured project methodologies.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements; design, update, and test EDI maps and PeopleSoft integrations.
• Troubleshoot PeopleSoft-related EDI issues, monitor traffic, resolve incidents via ServiceNow, and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Support ERP upgrades, system migrations, and enterprise projects; identify process improvements and risks.
• Serve as liaison between business teams, IT, trading partners, and EDI providers; provide secondary support across business units.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as EDI Analyst or similar integration role
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft tables, EDI integrations, transaction processing
• Experience managing EDI projects (Waterfall), resolving incidents, AS2/SFTP/VAN configurations
• Strong business analysis, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Epicor EDI HQ, IBM Sterling, Boomi
• Supporting EDI across multiple business units
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and API integrations
