What you will do

• Own the data engineering stack: Snowflake for storage, dbt for transformation, Informatica for ingestion, and orchestration in AWS.
• Define and maintain reference architectures, best practices for data modeling, ingestion, and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture on security, resiliency, and standards.
• Lead DevOps implementation: CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing.
• Mentor data engineers on software principles and analytics patterns; guide solution designs.
• Drive platform roadmaps, performance monitoring, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years in Data Engineering or Platform Engineering; 3+ years as Technical Lead, Platform Lead, or Principal
• Expert-level Snowflake: administration, architecture, security
• Advanced dbt: modeling patterns, testing, environment management
• Informatica proficiency (PowerCenter or Cloud)
• Hands-on DevOps/CI/CD with Git/GitHub, Jenkins or equivalent
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
