TL;DR

What you will do

  • Monitor platforms for real-time alerts on facilities, infrastructure, and security; triage, validate, and acknowledge within response targets.
  • Handle facility alerts like power failures, cooling issues, water leaks; assess impact and escalate to Facilities or Mechanical teams.
  • Triage infrastructure and security events including server failures, network issues, IDS anomalies; perform initial investigation.
  • Log incidents in ITSM, categorize/prioritize, follow SOPs/runbooks, and escalate per thresholds.
  • Maintain ticket updates, prepare documentation, participate in shift handovers and major incident response.
  • Contribute to operational improvements, ticket reviews, SOP updates, and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in command center, NOC, SOC, service desk, or 24×7 operations
  • Ability to triage multiple alerts, prioritize by risk; data center concepts (power, cooling, monitoring)
  • IP networking fundamentals, server infrastructure knowledge
  • High proficiency with IT tools, fast typing (25 wpm min), strong communication
  • Work independently under pressure, follow procedures; experience in mission-critical data centers
  • Familiarity with BMS, IDS, ACS, VMS; ITIL incident/problem management; relevant certifications
