Product Management Support Lead (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States. US citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Review Requests to Initiate Purchase for template compliance and recommend revisions.
• Validate GSA pricing and SIN utilization, and reconcile part numbers, quantities, pricing, historical data, and renewal forecasts.
• Maintain master license, support contract ODC, and product tracking records.
• Process product-tracking uploads, troubleshoot issues, query Dataverse, and conduct database quality reviews and audits.
• Monitor contract obligations and expenditures, provide funding updates to agencies, and maintain shared-services documentation.
• Develop contract management solutions, support project management workbooks and budget execution, and provide backup COR support.

Requirements

• US citizenship and on-site availability in Arlington, Virginia.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Ability to perform duties independently.
