Structural Design Technician (REVIT)

What you will do

• Develop 3D structural models from verbal instructions and rough sketches.
• Produce complete structural plans and details in Revit while applying department and client standards.
• Coordinate design work with related disciplines and review models and documents for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Own assigned scopes, schedules, and quality requirements while supporting other designers.
• Lead small design packages and coordinate workloads, progress, internal reviews, and cross-discipline or external package reviews.
• Advance design automation skills and apply emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of structural drafting or design experience.
• At least 5 years of Revit experience.
• Experience designing traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, resolve design concerns, and maintain quality standards.
• Experience with general industrial facilities is required; semiconductor-related experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SmartPlant and Tekla.
• Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam.
