What you will do

• Develop 3D structural models from verbal instructions or rough sketches.
• Produce complete sets of structural plans and details in REVIT.
• Apply department and client standards across models and documents.
• Coordinate design efforts with related disciplines and support team members.
• Lead small design teams, manage tasks, monitor progress, and conduct reviews.
• Review models for quality, compliance, and clash resolution.

Requirements

• Proficient in REVIT for structural modeling and plan production.
• Strong skills in verifying work accuracy and taking ownership of scope.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary designs.
• Ability to lead small teams and resolve issues in meetings.
• Commitment to collaborative environment and culture of care.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of drafting/design experience in structural field.
• 5+ years of REVIT experience.
• Experience with SmartPlant, Tekla, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
