What you will do

• Manage residential survey deliverables including lot surveys, form and foundation surveys, as-builts, finals, plot plans, staking, and elevation certificates.
• Oversee quality control and ensure deadlines align with construction schedules and closings.
• Coordinate with builders, developers, title companies, and field crews.
• Review, interpret plats and boundaries, seal survey deliverables, and manage workflows across multiple subdivisions.

Requirements

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with dual licensure: Georgia & Florida or Georgia & Texas.
• Strong experience in residential surveying and subdivision development.
• Comfortable managing high-volume residential survey workflows.
• Ability to base remotely in Georgia or Florida.
