What you will do

• Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and electronic/mechanical components
• Perform hand soldering, wiring, and component installation
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and blueprints
• Conduct rework, modifications, and quality checks on assemblies
• Maintain clean and safe work environment following production standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of assembly experience (electronic or mechanical)
• Experience with soldering and cable/harness assembly
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality control processes and tools
