What you will do

• Assemble, wire, and solder electronic components, cables, and harnesses per schematics and specifications
• Perform rework, repair, and modification of assemblies to IPC Class 3 standards
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and BOMs for precise assembly tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of electronics assembly experience
• Strong soldering, crimping, and cable/harness assembly skills
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity with hand tools
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Nice to have

• Experience with fiber optic and RF cables
• Familiarity with testing equipment like multimeters and power supplies
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Familiarity with IPC 610/620 standards
