What you will do

• Develop and calibrate HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS models for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.
• Conduct floodplain mapping, watershed analysis, and drainage improvements.
• Prepare technical exhibits, documentation, and reports for FEMA studies.
• Evaluate mitigation alternatives and support infrastructure design efforts.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project teams on municipal and agency projects.

Requirements

• Degreed Civil Engineer with active PE license and CFM credential
• Strong experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, floodplain analysis, and watershed modeling.
• Proficiency in drainage design, FEMA studies, and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate technical information clearly.
• Based in Houston, TX area
