What you will do

• Lead water and wastewater projects including master plans, system modeling, CIP development, lift stations, pump stations, transmission lines, force mains, detention, and drainage.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Oversee junior staff, perform high-level QA/QC on engineering deliverables.
• Support construction phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, field coordination, and contractor communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Active Texas Professional Engineer license.
• 10+ years of experience leading water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project management, technical leadership, and client interaction.
