What you will do

• Lead and facilitate large cross-functional meetings to align global teams on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project lifecycles and automate workflows using tools like Jira, Airtable, or ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across geographies and business functions.
• Perform quality control, proofreading, and ensure all outputs meet brand standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining organization and momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or program management.
• Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Robohead, etc.) and strong grammar/sentence structure skills.
