Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with actual pay dependent on the candidate.

What you will do
- Lead complex export compliance activities, audits, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support SAP Global Trade Services compliance activities, including system testing, maintenance, blocked-document release, and issue resolution.
- Oversee customer and destination screening against denied-party lists, embargoes, and other restricted-party requirements.
- Manage AES/EEI filings and export licensing activities, including determinations, applications, renewals, provisos, communications, and records.
- Maintain ECCN classifications, HTS codes, country-of-origin data, standard operating procedures, and compliance KPIs.
- Provide training and mentorship while advising stakeholders across Customer Service, Product Management, Shipping, and other business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in international trade or trade compliance within a global manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP GTS or another global trade management system, including screening, licensing, compliance controls, and trade data governance.
- Expertise in export controls, sanctions, customs compliance, ECCN/HTS classification, country of origin, and trade compliance programs.
- Ability to independently manage complex compliance matters, lead projects, influence stakeholders, and meet critical deadlines.
