What you will do

• Make decisions on pacing, acting, dialogue, music, and sound effects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Work on first assembly passes of storyboard sequences during animatic phase.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, executives from animatic through final animated version.
• Lead presentation of editorial materials for production screenings and third-party exports.
• Interact with production staff, animation, and VFX professionals as key team member.
• Mix sound in Avid or participate in mix sessions; feed production and post-production operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in animation editorial.
• High proficiency in Avid Media Composer.
• Creative and organizational skills with attention to quality.
• Familiarity with feature animation pipeline and workflows.
• Understanding of animation pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
• Strong teammate with good interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task multiple projects.
