What you will do

• Collaborate with editors, designers, and animators to execute creative video projects.
• Develop shot lists and storyboards for video production and animation.
• Edit live-action footage with a focus on timing, pacing, and compelling storytelling.
• Create motion graphics, including titles, transitions, and lower thirds.
• Manage sound design, background music sourcing, and color correction.
• Ensure consistent and timely delivery of edited videos while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder).
• Strong storytelling and storyboarding skills with a diverse online portfolio.
• Knowledge of video encoding formats and audio best practices.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines while driving creative direction independently.
• Experience working with Mac OSX and Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Advanced skills in color correction and animation.
• Proficiency in Camtasia for recording and editing screencasts for tutorials.
• Understanding of design principles and proficiency with Illustrator and Figma.
