What you will do

• Own end-to-end social-first video production for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and the web.
• Lead the production of short-form video content optimized for social feeds, trends, and audience behavior.
• Capture real-time moments in the field, such as launches and operations, and transform them into compelling stories.
• Manage production logistics, including shot planning, on-site capture, and post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners to scale content production.
• Iterate content and strategy based on platform insights and audience performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing video content for social or digital platforms.
• Proven ability to produce shoots in fast-moving, dynamic operational environments.
• Deep understanding of social platform trends, formats, and native best practices.
• Strong storytelling instincts with a focus on pacing, clarity, and visual impact.
• Ability to travel for work approximately 30%.
• Must be based in South San Francisco, California.

• Prior experience in editing and color grading.
