What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day production processes and coordination from conception to final cut.
• Collaborate with Studio Ops, influencers, marketing, and partner teams to resource streams and improve performance.
• Develop production resource plans, manage schedules, and prioritize creative requests.
• Analyze stream performance and implement changes to enhance production quality.
• Solve problems during production and provide guidance on set design, lighting, and camera angles.
• Maintain a positive collaborative environment and act as Producer when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience, preferably in live event and multimedia production.
• Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of audio/visual systems and videoconferencing technology.
• Proven track record delivering corporate video projects to client specifications.
• Ability to multitask under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate leadership.
• Understanding of mobile, social media, audio/video streaming, and related technologies.
