Pay range: Level I: $135,000–$155,000/per year; Level II: $155,000–$185,000/per year

What you will do

• Develop well-architected, responsive, and performant web applications for internal tooling, consumer platforms, and customer-facing tools.
• Build highly reliable and available software systems and fault-tolerant networks for long-term operation at scale.
• Deliver expert-level TypeScript, HTML, and CSS code alongside full stack development in .NET Core microservices running in Kubernetes with React and Angular frontends.
• Craft aesthetically and functionally flawless user experiences while collaborating on architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Deep dive into user problems to create efficient solutions for observability in aviation, maritime, and enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ years of software development experience (internship/project acceptable); OR 3+ years of professional full stack software experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, asylee, or eligible for U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• Programming in Python, C#, .NET, Go, Scala, Java, or similar.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Front-end in React, Angular, or similar JS frameworks.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.
• Version control, CI/CD, profiling/performance improvement, build systems (Make, Bazel/Pants/Buck, Gradle), package managers (pip, npm).
• UNIX-like OS and CI/CD tools experience; strong attention to detail.
