What you will do

• Perform general greenhouse tasks independently: making pots/flats, planting, watering, fertilizing, tying/trimming plants, seed harvesting/threshing/counting.
• Maintain and clean greenhouses and work areas.
• Assist with plant tissue sample collection and data recording using applications under supervision.
• Conduct pest control: insect scouting, pesticide/herbicide application, beneficial release, integrated pest management.
• Operate equipment, maintain documentation, and manage operational activities.
• Comply with stewardship, biosafety requirements, QMS directives, SOPs, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED; preferred Associate's/Technical degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields.
• Agricultural experience in field and greenhouse desired.
• Detailed oriented, responsible, able to work in hot humid environments and stand for extended periods.
• US work authorization; E-Verify participation.
