TL;DR

Scientist-II (Biologics Analytical): Support routine biologics analytical testing of samples from cell-line development, process characterization, release and stability with an accent on separations for large molecules and plate-based assays. Focus on operating LC/CE systems for high-volume testing of monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins, troubleshooting instrumentation, and maintaining compliance in a lab environment.

What you will do

• Perform high-throughput analytical testing for pre-formulation, robustness, and admixture studies on biologics samples.
• Process results and document in electronic lab notebooks following protocols.
• Manage samples and monitor controlled temperature units.
• Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS +6 years, MS +4 years, or PhD +1-2 years in analytical chemistry or biologics testing lab
• Separations experience for large molecules (HPLC/UPLC, SEC, IEX, RP, HIC) or plate-based assays
• Electrophoretic methods (CE-SDS, cIEF)
• Instrumentation troubleshooting, reagent preparation, ELN documentation
• Industry/CRO experience operating LC/CE systems for large molecule testing
• Strong communication, collaboration, and independent work skills

Nice to have

• Analytical software like Empower
• Plate-based methods (ELISA for HCP, proA)
• Compendial testing (UV 280, pH, physical observations)
