What you will do

• Support the development of preclinical in vitro and in vivo models for respiratory diseases.
• Perform sterile cell culture using cell lines, primary cells, and innate and adaptive immune cells.
• Process and analyze ex vivo human and animal tissues for disease-relevant endpoints.
• Conduct flow cytometry, quantitative PCR, ELISA, MSD, multiplex assays, and Western blotting.
• Develop assays monitoring cellular processes and analyze results using appropriate statistical methods.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and communicate findings through presentations and scientific discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with typically five years of experience, or a master’s degree or equivalent with typically two years of experience.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge required to perform the role.
• Hands-on experience with sterile cell culture and primary immune cells.
• Ability to analyze human and animal tissues and apply relevant laboratory techniques.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced drug discovery environment.
