What you will do

• Design and execute radiolabeling reactions using diagnostic and therapeutic isotopes, including Lu-177, Ac-225, In-111, Zr-89, At-211, I-131, and Pb-212.
• Perform conjugation reactions involving bifunctional chelators, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and other biological molecules.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot radiochemical synthesis, radiolabeling, formulation, and analytical protocols.
• Conduct quality control and stability testing using TLC, radio-TLC, column chromatography, HPLC, and radio-HPLC.
• Support in vivo studies and analyze biodistribution, pharmacokinetic, imaging, dosimetry, and therapeutic data.
• Prepare technical documentation, maintain laboratory records, train junior staff, and collaborate with scientific, project management, and laboratory operations teams.

Requirements

• PhD in radiochemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, radiopharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
• Expertise in radiochemistry, radiopharmacology, radiobiology, molecular imaging, and diagnostic or therapeutic radionuclides.
• Practical experience with radiolabeling chemistry, bifunctional chelators, conjugation chemistry, and radiopharmaceutical formulation.
• Experience analyzing in vivo data from radiolabeled compounds, including biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, imaging, or dosimetry.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and the handling, storage, use, and disposal of radioactive materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, document work accurately, troubleshoot experiments, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary laboratory environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with preclinical biodistribution, pharmacokinetic, imaging, dosimetry, or therapeutic studies.
